Gong-Yi Branch
Japanese Ramen Shop
Gong-Yi Branch Taichung
A Hidden Gem of Honest Craft – Ramen Shop Design
Interior by Woosha Design
This cozy ramen shop, tucked away in a quiet Taichung alley,
continues to grow as a "quiet little maker of light and warmth."
The design adopts an open kitchen concept,
transforming the act of cooking into a live performance.
A scenic mural of Yokohama becomes the highlight of the kitchen wall,
bringing a soft cultural reference into the heart of the space.
The entire shop preserves a sense of Japanese minimalism,
allowing the food, craft, and quiet presence of the space to shine —
in a small, beautiful way.
