BEAR & TACO Brunch Bistro — A Bright Start to a Healthy Day

Owners TACO and BEAR are a doctor and a nutritionist, respectively. Motivated by recent food safety concerns, they decided to open a restaurant where people can enjoy meals that are both healthy and delicious.

​

The design of the space embraces a cheerful and refreshing vibe. Sky blue walls paired with light wood textures create a relaxed, upbeat atmosphere. Due to budget considerations, major structural changes were avoided—most of the transformation was achieved through repainting and subtle design adjustments.

​

One standout feature is the arched accent wall by the staircase leading to the second floor, which brings motion and vitality to the space. The layout was carefully planned to maintain openness and visual flow, using moveable half-height partitions to subtly define different zones without disrupting the spatial continuity.
