A Gentle Dining Landscape – Hot Pot Restaurant Design

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

This hot pot restaurant project is located in the heart of Taipei and marks the debut of a new brand built upon traditional broth-making techniques passed down through generations. The aim was to create a space that feels inviting, distinctive, and multi-generational.

To achieve this, we used sweeping curves to seamlessly connect the walls and ceiling, opening up the space and enhancing its architectural fluidity. The feature wall is adorned with handcrafted glowing orbs, reminiscent of bubbles — casting a soft, ambient glow and contributing to a warm, dreamlike atmosphere that elevates the overall dining experience.

The color palette merges cool concrete tones with earthy warmth, further accented with touches of misty green, subtly evoking elements of nature. This neutral yet balanced setting allows the ingredients and dishes to stand out visually, reinforcing the freshness and purity of the cuisine.

Designed to welcome diners of all ages, the space offers a soothing and comfortable environment, transforming a meal into a memorable sensory experience.
