CW Mobile – Flagship Store in Taichung

A Tech-Driven Retail Experience in the Heart of Yizhong District

This project marks the first physical flagship store for CW Mobile Accessories, located in Taichung’s bustling Yizhong commercial district.
Situated on Sanmin Road, with high pedestrian and vehicle traffic, the storefront design was key in attracting attention from passersby.

To do so, we created a layered metal façade using perforated expanded mesh panels and custom steel framing.
The interplay of light and shadow across these semi-transparent surfaces creates a striking visual landmark, drawing the eye of those walking or driving by.

A Minimalist, Tech-Inspired Interior

The interior adopts a clean, modern aesthetic, blending black, white, and metallic tones with sharp linear accents — a visual language aligned with technology and precision.
This subdued palette also serves to enhance the vibrancy and color of the products on display, allowing them to stand out.

Customer-Centric Layout & Intuitive Wayfinding

To enhance the shopping experience and reduce pressure on staff during peak hours, the store layout was thoughtfully zoned.
We divided the display system into a central island and dual wall-mounted displays, accompanied by a clear spatial navigation system.
Products are organized by category, allowing customers to quickly find what they need without assistance — resulting in smoother traffic flow and more efficient service.
