JAI Shuinan – A New Luxury Dining Encounter
JAI Shuinan is the sixth store under the Zunhong F&B Group, and a popular social media hotspot in Taichung.
While previous JAI locations embraced a lush, jungle-inspired aesthetic and built a strong base of loyal customers,
this new store ventures into new territory — aiming to attract a broader audience with a fresh, elevated experience.
The design concept introduces elements of fashion, art, and boutique luxury,
inviting guests to indulge not only in pasta, risotto, and pizza,
but also in an immersive, emotionally rich dining atmosphere.
【Entrance – The Boutique Window】
The entryway channels the feeling of a high-end fashion storefront,
with marble surfaces, crystal chandeliers, and artful curation,
setting the tone for an unforgettable experience from the very first step.
【Dining Zone A – Avenue des Champs-Élysées】
This space features luminous floating ceilings and lush indoor greenery.
Walls are adorned with framed scarves from iconic fashion houses like CHANEL, HERMÈS, and LV,
creating the ambiance of a leisurely walk down the Champs-Élysées,
with joyful laughter nestled under the trees.
【Dining Zone B – A Gallery of Light & Classicism】
Beyond Ionic columns reminiscent of Greco-Roman colonnades,
a glass-roof corridor floods with natural light.
The space features Renaissance-style sculptures and gallery-style tiled wall panels,
evoking the inner courtyards of the Louvre.
Here, elegance and taste become part of the menu.
