Office Space at Taichung’s 7th Redevelopment Zone

This corporate office is located in a commercial tower in Taichung’s 7th Redevelopment Zone.
Upon entry, visitors are guided through a light-filled corridor created with hollow-core panels,
leading into a calm, focused workspace.

At the heart of the floor plan sits a dreamy self-service snack bar,

designed to promote well-being and creativity.
We used bold color blocking to energize the area, creating a playful atmosphere where employees can
brew a coffee, grab a book, take a breath — and reset.
This soft pause enhances overall work efficiency.

The open work areas are defined by generous spacing and large writable glass walls,
designed for both comfort and collaboration.
The overall spatial language is kept simple, functional, and pleasant to use.

And yes — the in-house gym and staff canteen are coming soon. Stay tuned!
