A Futuristic & Immersive Private Entertainment Suite

Inspired by the Cosmos – A KTV-Style Guest Lounge That Blends Light, Material, and Imagination

This project explores the intersection of technology, futurism, and immersive experience.
The client envisioned a KTV-style guest suite transformed into a surreal, space-themed retreat — one that evokes mystery, technology, and the cosmos.
With “dimensional universe” as the core design concept, we used material contrast and lighting to craft a sci-fi scene that feels both expansive and otherworldly.

Endless Dimensions: The Illusion of Depth with Black Mirror Panels

To heighten the sci-fi feel, we clad the walls in black mirrored acrylic panels.
Their high reflectivity creates a wormhole-like infinity illusion, visually expanding the space.
Curved mirror surfaces introduce visual distortion through light and reflection, enhancing the illusion of a warped time-space dimension.

Lighting Design: A Cosmic Palette of Blue and Purple

Lighting is more than an accent — it’s the soul of the experience.
We chose a deep mix of violet and blue, simulating the spectral glow of Earth's atmosphere viewed from space.
This color language conveys vastness, mystery, and cosmic awe — enveloping guests in a universe beyond the ordinary.

An Immersive Spaceship Experience

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a metallic-textured hatch door, as if beginning an interstellar voyage.
On both sides of the lounge, space window installations with embedded screens stream cosmic visuals, mimicking a spacecraft's window view into the galaxy.

A curved ceiling design, paired with flowing silicone light strips that extend onto the walls, simulates the light trails of a moving space station — creating dynamic visual momentum and a sense of velocity.

Attention to Detail: Realistic Lunar Landscape

To deepen the immersive theme, we added moon-surface relief elements on either side of the main screen.
These sculptural features were hand-finished with textured paint to replicate the craters and ridges of a lunar surface, adding tactile realism to the visual fantasy.

The Bar Area: Industrial Elegance with Sci-Fi Flair

The bar’s backdrop design is driven by a mechanical aesthetic.
Instead of metal cladding, we creatively repurposed vinyl flooring material to cover the vertical surfaces — maintaining the industrial look while optimizing cost and weight.
Dark grey metal shelving enhances the spacecraft vibe, while soft blue LED lighting surrounds the entire bar, casting a dreamy, high-tech glow.

This private entertainment suite is more than just a karaoke space — it’s a highly isolated, acoustically treated, and visually immersive environment.
Through the layering of materials, lighting, and form, we created a multi-sensory experience that merges privacy with unmistakable visual identity.
