Taiwan Meat Butcher Shop is a conscientious local meat store committed to promoting high-quality domestic meat products and supporting Taiwanese farmers. This project is located inside the 6th Market at Park Lane by CMP in Taichung.

We used wood offcuts to shape the shop’s overall structure, reinforcing the identity of a traditional butcher’s stall. Design elements such as hanging meats, glass display cases, and stainless steel counters emphasize product freshness and transparency. The addition of cart wheels, a rotating menu board, and pendant lighting further echoes the nostalgic atmosphere of a local marketplace.
