Yanshe is a popular bistro in Shenzhen, China, centered around Taiwanese cuisine and fine wine, quickly becoming a go-to spot for food lovers in the area.
The brand "Yanshe" is an extension of "Yan Ke", a long-established Taiwanese culinary brand in Shenzhen. Known for combining iconic dishes from all over Taiwan, Yan Ke has earned a loyal following of “Yan fans.” Within a 500-meter radius, there are already three branches: Yan Ke Main House, Yan Ke Little House, and the newly launched Yanshe, each with its own unique positioning.
Yanshe is tucked away in a quiet alley, repurposing an old farmer’s building. The first and second floors are designed as a bistro, while the upper floors have been converted into guesthouse accommodations.
This new business model combines a bistro and lodging into one seamless experience. Patrons can enjoy a delicious meal and drinks with friends downstairs — and if they’ve had a bit too much, simply head upstairs to continue the night in the guesthouse.
